Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
Maintain call records, visitor logs, and other front desk documents.
Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
Handle general administrative tasks such as emails, couriers, and filing.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Polite and professional phone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Friendly and approachable personality
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
