Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants professionally.
Answer incoming calls, transfer them to relevant departments, and take messages.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and WhatsApp communication).
Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed.
Support administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams as needed.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a professional environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
Prior experience in real estate or office administration is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary:
?12,000 - ?25,000 / Month (Depending on experience)
