We are looking for a dynamic and organized

Receptionist/Administrator

to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should be presentable, polite, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area in a clean and welcoming state Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.) Schedule appointments and meetings Maintain and update company records and documents Assist in daily administrative tasks and data entry Coordinate with various departments when required

Requirements:



Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Well-groomed and presentable Graduate in any discipline
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
