We are seeking a competent and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and directing inquiries appropriately. Additionally, the Receptionist/Administrator will assist in ensuring smooth office operations by handling administrative duties efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Data Calling to seek the Opportunities.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the organization.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, Data Calling,filing, and photocopying.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder supplies as needed.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Liaise with other departments to handle requests and relay messages effectively.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and issuing invoices.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to management as required.
