Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and organized Front Desk Receptionist cum Administration Executive to manage our front office and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while handling day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk / Reception Duties
Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Administrative Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Prepare basic reports, letters, emails, and internal documents
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
Monitor and maintain office supplies and place orders when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred (freshers may apply depending on requirement)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
