Key Responsibilities
Greeting Visitors:
Welcome guests and clients with a warm greeting and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Call Management:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Mail Handling:
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and coordinate outgoing couriers.
Appointments:
Maintain the office calendar and schedule meetings or appointments.
Front Office Decorum:
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative Support:
Provide basic clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with relevant experience.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/Local language if applicable).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
