Job Description

Kroyf Lab and Cor is seeking a well-organized and professional Reception & Administrative Executive to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in handling office coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage front office operations including phone calls, emails, and visitor handling. Maintain office files, documents, and records in an organized manner. Assist in administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating with other departments. Handle courier dispatch and inward register. Support HR or purchase teams with documentation as needed. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional.

Requirements:



Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in reception or administrative roles (pharma background preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism at all times. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,092.57 - ₹25,843.33 per month

Work Location: In person
