Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees courteously.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain a professional reception area and visitor log.
Administrative Support & Coordination:
Coordinate with admin, clerical, and pantry staff for daily office operations.
Support management in scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist with HR and Admin documentation and filing.
Office Housekeeping & Maintenance:
Ensure office premises, reception, and pantry areas are well maintained.
Monitor and manage housekeeping activities and consumable supplies.
Arrange for office repairs and maintenance as required.
Attendance & Record Management:
Maintain daily attendance of office staff and submit reports to HR/Admin.
Keep updated employee contact and visitor information.
Courier & Communication Management:
Handle
courier services
including
inward and outward registers
with accurate records.
Communicate with courier vendors for timely delivery and collection.
Notify concerned staff and clients regarding received or dispatched couriers.
Computer & Communication Skills:
Prepare reports, letters, and other documents using
MS Word and Excel
.
Draft and send professional emails and maintain communication logs.
Support data entry and general office correspondence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Good knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and email handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and presentable personality.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
