Manage appointment schedules, meetings, and calendars
Maintain records, files, and office documents (physical & digital)
Prepare basic reports, letters, emails, and notices
Handle data entry and update databases regularly
Coordinate between departments and management
Respond to emails and messages promptly
Assist in internal communication and follow-ups
Support billing, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups
Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and registers
Assist HR with joining formalities and documentation
Maintain confidentiality of company data and records
Follow company policies and administrative procedures
