Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and greet visitors professionally.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Maintain attendance sheets, call logs, and client records.
Perform basic Tally entries, billing updates, and record management.
Assist with documentation, data entry, and filing tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams and schedule meetings.
Provide accurate information to walk-in clients.
Maintain discipline and cleanliness at the reception area.
Skills Required:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic computer skills - MS Excel & MS Word are mandatory.
Basic knowledge of Tally (preferred).
Customer handling and record-keeping skills.
Presentable, polite, and organised personality.
Qualifications:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Basic Tally knowledge is an added advantage.
