Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
Handle phone calls and front-desk interactions with warmth and professionalism
Maintain records, documents, and databases (Excel, Word, etc.)
Create and circulate basic posts, messages, and updates for patients, clients, and doctors
Assist in designing simple posters/workshop flyers using Canva
Use ChatGPT/AI tools for drafting messages, templates, and basic communication
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic
Organize and maintain office systems, supplies, and records
What We're Looking For:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of Canva (designing simple posts/flyers)
Comfort with using AI tools (like ChatGPT) for drafting text/content
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
A professional yet empathetic approach while dealing with people
Prior experience in reception/administration roles is preferred, but freshers with the right skill set are welcome
