We are looking for an organised, approachable, and professional
Receptionist/Administrator
to join our administrative team. This role is key to providing a warm welcome to students, staff, and visitors, and to ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day office operations.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact at our front desk and will support a variety of administrative tasks across the college.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome students, staff, parents, and visitors to the college in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and emails, direct enquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide accurate information
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming at all times
Assist with student enrolment, attendance records, and updating databases
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings
Support college events and activities by coordinating logistics and communication
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining student and staff records
Provide general administrative support to college staff and management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
