ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mandatory 1 + years experience in administration and receptionist role .
preferred female candidates only .
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure adherence to office security protocols.
Manage employee mobile recharge and SIM coordination as per company policy.
Handle travel desk operations including booking flights, trains, cabs, and accommodation for employees and management.
Coordinate travel itineraries, approvals, and expense-related documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and office communication.
Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and replenishment.
Support vendor coordination related to housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other office services.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and office activities.
Maintain office hygiene, discipline, and overall reception area upkeep.
Prepare basic MIS reports and trackers using Excel/Advanced Excel.
Support HR and admin teams with onboarding logistics, document collection, and employee coordination.
Ensure professional front-office conduct and provide a positive experience to visitors and employees.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
