Key Responsibilities
Handling visitors and front desk coordination
Receiving calls and making calls when required
Checking emails and managing correspondence
Sending emails on behalf of Directors (as instructed)
Helping in sending out introduction emails and quotations
Admin work: placing orders for office items, booking couriers (We Fast), booking Uber / Porter, etc.
Maintaining calendar: appointments, reminders for Directors, and important events
Keeping track of attendance
Filing work, printing, scanning, and documentation support
Other general office work and coordination as needed
Requirements
Presentable personality with good speaking skills
Strong verbal English and good written English
