Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Event Space Support)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and presentable Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist visitors with
event space availability, area dimensions, capacity, and usage details
.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in visitors and callers
Share event space details (size, layout, capacity, usage)
Coordinate site visits with the events/facilities team
Maintain inquiry and availability records
Ensure a professional front desk experience
Requirements:
Good communication & customer handling skills
Basic understanding of area measurements
Comfortable with Excel, email, and phone handling
Experience in reception / hospitality / events preferred
Experience:
0-3 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
