The Receptionist & HR Executive will be responsible for managing the front desk operations while supporting day-to-day HR and administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Reception & Front Desk Duties
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management
Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols
Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with scheduling
Manage office supplies and stationery inventory
HR & Administrative Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Support onboarding and exit formalities (joining documents, ID cards, handover checklists)
Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, and HR MIS reports
Communicate HR policies and support employee queries
Help organize employee engagement activities and trainings
