We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Officer to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, patient coordination, billing, and assisting with sales inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls
Patient registration, scheduling, and coordination
Billing, invoicing, and payment handling
Front desk and clinic coordination
Handle patient inquiries and support sales-related activities
Maintain basic records and daily reports
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setup is an advantage
