We're seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees
2. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages
3. Handle reception area duties, including mail sorting and distribution
4. Maintain accurate records and databases
5. Provide administrative support to the team
6. Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
7.Any other activities related to HR & Admin

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
5. Friendly and professional demeanour.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
