We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to be the face of our company. You'll greet visitors, answer phone calls, and help keep the office running smoothly.
Main Duties:
Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable
Answer and direct phone calls politely
Keep the front desk and waiting area neat and tidy
Sort and distribute mail and packages
Schedule appointments and confirm meetings
Keep track of visitors and give them badges if needed
Share basic information about the company with visitors and callers
Help with simple office tasks like filing, copying, and data entry
Order office supplies when they run low
Help other team members as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or similar
Some experience in customer service or front desk work preferred,
Freshers are also welcome
Good communication skills and friendly attitude
Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
Organized and able to handle several tasks at once
Professional and approachable manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
