Assist in managing patient queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth communication and support services Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors Support administrative and front-desk operations when required Ensure the hospital's public image is maintained positively and proactively

Educational Requirement

Experience

: Prior experience in the

Public Relations department

of a hospital or healthcare institution preferred

Skills

: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Basic knowledge of
