Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk activities
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
Maintain visitor records and handle incoming/outgoing mails
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office documents
Support HR/Admin team in daily office operations
Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Professional attitude and customer service skills
Ability to multitask
