Receptionist/ Administrator

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in customers, clients, and guests with a warm and professional attitude.

Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently

Share basic information about our travel and visa services.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Manage appointment bookings, meetings, and schedules.

Receive and handle incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Maintain visitor records and assist with general office admin.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations.

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).

Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Friendly, polite, and well-presented.

Willing to learn and take initiative.
