Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; provide accurate information about courses and schedules.
Maintain a pleasant and organized reception area that reflects the creative spirit of the campus.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management and faculty.
2. Administrative Support
Maintain and update student admission records and files.
Assist in the registration, fee collection, and issuing of receipts.
Coordinate with the accounts team for fee tracking and payment follow-ups.
Handle inventory of office and classroom supplies.
Assist the academic team with scheduling classes and updating timetables.
3. Office Coordination
Support the HR/Operations department in maintaining staff attendance and leave records.
Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
Handle courier, mail, and general correspondence.
Assist in organizing institute events, workshops, and seminars.
4. Student & Visitor Relations
Provide information about institute facilities, ongoing courses, and upcoming batches.
Handle basic student queries and redirect complex ones to counselors or managers.
Collect feedback and share it with the management for service improvement.
