Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate department/person.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and welcoming.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
Assist HR and Admin teams in coordination of office activities and logistics.
Support visitors and employees with travel arrangements, courier handling, and other office-related requirements.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to company security and compliance procedures.
Requirements
Female candidate with a pleasing personality.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi, English, and Malayalam
(both written and verbal).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a similar administrative role preferred.
Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
