to be the first point of contact at our office in Kharar. If you have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a knack for handling people and calls with ease, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and manage daily office operations.
Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating meetings.
Keep records, manage couriers, and provide administrative support to the team.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and clients.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (well-spoken and presentable).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be an advantage.
Friendly, professional, and confident personality.
