Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the right department.
Maintain front desk operations including visitor records and appointment scheduling.
Provide administrative support such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official communications.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors when required.
Support HR and accounts team in day-to-day office activities.
Ensure reception and office area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle petty cash and maintain basic records as needed.
