We are hiring a

female Receptionist/Administrator

to manage our front desk and handle office duties in

Sarthak Biotech Pvt. Ltd (Karnal).

The ideal candidate will be

presentable

and maintain a

professional appearance

.

Responsibilities

:

Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Manage the main reception area and handle all incoming and outgoing calls. Provide excellent customer relationship management (CRM) by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:



12th pass

or any graduate.

Age:

18-24yr Must have

good communication skills

and a

fast typing speed.

Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.). Must be a

local candidate.

Friendly, approachable, and professional. Willing to perform both front-desk and office administration tasks.

Salary -

Based on Experience and Interview

Probation Period

- 6 months

Timing

- 9am to 6pm (Mon-Sat)
