Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Administrative Assistance:
Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records.
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing office calendars.
Handle basic data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
Office Coordination:
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Support event coordination, employee onboarding, and other administrative activities.
