We are looking for a proactive and organized Receptionist & Administrator to manage front office operations, provide administrative support, and assist in maintaining our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a basic understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees courteously.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain attendance, visitor, and office inventory records.
Prepare and update Excel reports related to daily operations, staff attendance, and administrative expenses.
Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage office logistics.
Support HR and administrative activities such as filing, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Assist in creating and posting content on the company's social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Ensure the reception and common areas are clean and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in administration or front office role.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data entry, formatting, and basic formulas).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of social media handling and content posting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
