Job Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk. Handle incoming calls, messages, and appointment scheduling. Maintain front office records and correspondence. Support HR and admin functions such as attendance tracking and coordination. Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
