We are looking for a professional, confident, and well-spoken
Receptionist cum Administration Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in front office management, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication. She will be the first point of contact for patients/clients and play a key role in maintaining smooth administrative operations of the clinic/office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients/clients in a warm and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails with prompt response.
Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders.
Assist in daily administrative tasks, record keeping, and maintaining patient files.
Coordinate with doctors, staff, and management for smooth operations.
Ensure front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable.
Manage billing, payments, and basic accounts handling if required.
Support in handling client queries and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Female candidate with
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
.
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using scheduling software.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and patient-friendly.
Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities.
Willing to work on weekends (with a weekly off on weekdays).
Residing in or near
Sahakarnagar, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Bangalore
preferred.
