We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our real estate team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; handle inquiries and provide basic information about available properties or company services.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for property viewings and client meetings.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting rooms.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining property listings.
Assist with preparing brochures, property documents, and promotional material.
Coordinate with agents and sales staff to ensure smooth client experience.
Handle walk-in inquiries and guide visitors to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
