We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized
Receptionist
to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, you will represent the business with a positive and approachable demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with various administrative projects and tasks as assigned
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.)
Requirements:
Experience- 0-6 months
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service attitude and a professional appearance
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
