Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Tidy and maintain the reception area :.
Managing all other responsibilities of front desk and receptionist role
Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
Need to Assist HR Head for the activities & Admin work
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handling enquiries and sorting mail
Copying, scanning and filing documents
Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
Taking care of the office premises, take rounds of the office for the observations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
