Greet and assist Staff Employee and visitors courteously.
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Manage reception area cleanliness and organization
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and official documents.
Manage and update File databases, records, and correspondence.
Support a management team with scheduling, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate communication between departments & Management Team
Assist in organizing Office events, meetings, and Client's interactions.
Provide information about Company policies, curriculum, and facilities to prospective Staff & Workers Team.
Draft letters, circulars, and notices for Management communication. Government Licenses. (Liaise with government department for inspection scheduling reporting.)
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in administration or front desk operations Manufacturing Experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, Gujarati, Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
