Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Administrative Support
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory; place orders as needed.
Support HR and Admin teams in organizing meetings, interviews, and employee events.
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers for office upkeep.
Maintain records for attendance, asset registers, and other administrative files.
Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and guests.
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record keeping for administrative activities.
