Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
Administrative Support
Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Manage official correspondence including emails, letters, and announcements.
Student Support
Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, and institute policies.
Assist students with inquiries and connect them to appropriate staff members.
Maintain and update student records and attendance logs.
Operational Duties
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
Ensure compliance with security and visitor access protocols.
Coordination & Liaison
Support the Branch Head with calendar management and meeting coordination.
Assist in planning and organizing institute events, workshops, and celebrations.
Communicate with external vendors and service providers as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Front Desk Receptionist, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
