Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area to be clean and presentable at all times.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document handling.
Coordinate with office staff and other departments for internal communication.
Manage inventory of front office supplies and ensure stock availability.
