Receptionist & Administrative
Job Summary:
The Receptionist & Admin is responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
Administrative Duties:
Perform general office administrative tasks and support management
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records (both physical and digital)
Prepare letters, emails, reports, and other documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Assist in office inventory management and ordering stationery
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Handle data entry and maintain office databases
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Working Conditions:
