We are hiring a

Receptionist (Female)

to manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and fashionable, with excellent communication skills and an open-minded, positive attitude.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, are naturally talkative, and can represent the organization with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and front desk coordination Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records Coordinate with sales, admin, and management teams Maintain front office documentation and basic administrative work Ensure the reception area remains organized, welcoming, and presentable at all times Represent the company with confidence, clarity, and positive communication

Required Skills & Attributes



Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in

English and Hindi

Proficiency in Odia (local language) is mandatory

Presentable and

fashion-conscious with a professional sense of style

Outspoken, confident, and naturally talkative

Open-minded, friendly, and adaptable personality

Strong customer service and people-handling skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)

Experience & Eligibility



Female candidates only Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred) 1-3 years of experience as

Front Office Executive / Receptionist / Customer Service / Client Coordination

preferred

Front desk experience in hospitality (hotels, premium service environments) is an added advantage

Experience in aviation (airlines, airport ground staff, cabin crew) is a strong advantage

Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and the right attitude may also apply
