Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, packages).
Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and conference calls.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day requirements.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with office security and safety procedures.
