Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented and courteous Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized condition Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks Coordinate with internal departments when required

Requirements & Qualifications



Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude Good organizational and multitasking skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
