Patient Registration and Records
Register new patients and update existing records accurately
Maintain confidentiality of all medical and personal information
Manage files, case papers and digital records systematically
Appointment Scheduling
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp and online bookings
Coordinate appointments with doctors, Panchkarma therapists and lab services
Avoid scheduling conflicts and manage waiting times efficiently
Patient Communication and Guidance
Guide patients on services offered, Panchkarma therapies and clinic timings
Inform patients about pre and post procedure instructions
Provide clarity about follow-ups, medicine collection and payments
Billing and Payments
Generate bills accurately for consultation, medicines and therapies
Handle cash, online payments, UPI and maintain daily transaction records
Coordination with Clinical Team
Communicate patient flow updates to doctors and staff
Coordinate room/therapy setup with therapists
Ensure smooth execution of the daily treatment schedule
Customer Service and Feedback
Address patient queries with patience and empathy
Collect feedback to improve services
Assist patients with any special assistance they need
Inventory & Administrative Support
Maintain stock lists of forms, files, basic supplies
Assist in maintaining pharmacy and Panchkarma supply records
Support management in daily administrative tasks
Promotion and Follow-up
Inform patients about wellness packages, special offers and upcoming camps
Conduct timely follow-up calls for review visits and therapy continuity
Help with digital tools like WhatsApp updates or basic social media support
Professional Conduct
Maintain punctuality, discipline and confidentiality
Follow clinic protocols, dress code and communication standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
