Position Overview:
We are looking for a Receptionist cum Clinical Manager who will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in managing day-to-day clinic operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle both administrative and patient coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Handling:
Greet and assist patients warmly upon arrival.
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online bookings.
Maintain patient records and billing details accurately.
Clinic Administration:
Supervise the clinic's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate between patients and physiotherapists for efficient service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and readiness of the reception and treatment areas.
Monitor and manage inventory (stationery, therapy consumables, etc.).
Handle cash collections, receipts, and daily transaction records.
Management & Support:
Oversee front-desk staff (if any) and assist in basic HR coordination.
Support clinic promotional activities and social media updates when required.
Generate daily and weekly reports on patient flow and revenue.
Assist in maintaining compliance with clinic policies and service standards.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, or healthcare-related field preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinic/hospital front office or management roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, basic accounting, and online communication tools.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality, patient-friendly, and responsible attitude.
