Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier, and deliveries.
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security procedures are followed.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Provide information to visitors and respond to general inquiries.
Support office staff with administrative tasks as required.
Maintain records, attendance registers, and office contact lists.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.
