Job Description

A receptionist plays a key role in providing administrative support to executives, managers, or teams within an organization. This position involves managing office operations, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

Administrative Support

:

Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.

Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and routing them to the appropriate individuals.

Drafting and preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.

Office Management

:

Maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper functioning of office equipment.

Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, records, and documents.

Communication and Correspondence

:

Composing and proofreading emails, letters, memos, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy.

Facilitating communication between internal teams, external contacts, clients, and stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination

:

Coordinating logistics for meetings, including room booking, catering arrangements, and preparation of meeting materials.

Attending meetings, taking minutes, and distributing meeting notes or action items as needed.

Travel Arrangements

:

Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.

Processing travel expenses and reimbursements in a timely manner.

Confidentiality and Discretion

:

Handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintaining confidentiality.

Upholding professional standards of conduct and representing the executive or team with professionalism and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
