Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to emails promptly
Schedule and confirm client appointments, follow-ups, and cancellations
Maintain and update client records accurately
Handle registration and intake forms, and assist new clients in the onboarding process
Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain basic billing records
Coordinate with therapy staff to manage appointment flow
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and waiting area
Provide reminders and updates to clients about sessions via calls or automated tools
Support the administrative team in day-to-day tasks and documentation
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
Key Skills & Requirements
Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role (preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting)
Excellent communication skills in
Malayalam
(verbal and written)
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Forms, and WhatsApp Business)
Warm, empathetic, and professional personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Diploma or degree in any stream is acceptable
Familiarity with therapy services or medical setting is an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
