Key Responsibilities
Greet clients in a professional manner.
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Manage appointment scheduling.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents.
Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, presentations (PPT), and PDFs.
Assist in filing, data entry, and record management.
Support Admin teams with day-to-day office operations.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment usage, and vendor communication when required.
Qualification & Skills Required
Education
: Intermediate (12th pass) or above.
Knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and ability to create/edit
PPT & PDF documents
.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
