Job Description

We are seeking a

Receptionist/Administrator

to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and proficient in handling both reception duties and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Greet clients in a professional manner. Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Manage appointment scheduling. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents. Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, presentations (PPT), and PDFs. Assist in filing, data entry, and record management. Support Admin teams with day-to-day office operations. Coordinate office supplies, equipment usage, and vendor communication when required.

Qualification & Skills Required



Education

: Intermediate (12th pass) or above. Knowledge of

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and ability to create/edit

PPT & PDF documents

. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
