We Wash is a professional and fast-growing laundromat brand in Palavakkam, committed to delivering high-quality laundry services with excellent customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Receptionist/Admin to manage store operations and handle customer billing.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with service enquiries
Handle customer check-in and check-out for laundry orders
Manage daily billing, invoicing, and cash handling
Maintain accurate records of orders and payments
Coordinate with the laundry team for order updates
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-friendly
Attend phone calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, and manage basic admin tasks
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
Monitor order status and follow up with customers when needed
Requirements
Minimum (0-1 ) year of experience in receptionist or admin roles (preferred)
Basic knowledge of billing and computer applications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle store operations independently
Trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Working Hours
Full-time shift (timings can be discussed)
