to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will ensure smooth day-to-day office administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier communications.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
Administrative Duties
Support daily office administration and operations.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Handle courier services, travel coordination, and basic documentation.
Maintain records, files, and administrative databases.
Assist HR with administrative tasks such as attendance records, onboarding support, and employee coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience as a receptionist or admin executive preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in corporate office or manufacturing setup will be a plus point.
Basic knowledge of HR or office administration.
